Preamble
As
part of our ongoing commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring
the efficiency and effectiveness of training and support services we
routinely conduct evaluations of our programs. This evaluation was
undertaken for the purpose of assessing management and governance
training and support services, in order to:

Determine the
management training and support needs of CMAP client organisations.

Confirm training
and support services offered by CMAP meet these needs.

Confirm the
quality of training and support services provided by CMAP is
satisfactory.
The
training workshop evaluation was undertaken to determine whether CMAP
formal workshop training (survey of 2005 workshop series) meets the
management and governance training and support needs of a diverse range
of community organisations; and the quality of this training is
satisfactory.

in management and governance training and support services for CMAP
clients would be brought about by funded access to commercially operated
(independent management consultants) web based services.
